11/8/2011 Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of Stephen G. Charpentier and the appointment of Moses L. Harvin Sr. to the District Board of Trustees, Brevard Community College.

Harvin, 58, of Melbourne, has been the president and chief executive officer of American Services Technology Inc. since 1994. Previously, he served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1994. Harvin received bachelor’s degrees from Claflin University and Webster University. He succeeds Dedra Sibley and is appointed for a term beginning November 8, 2011, and ending May 31, 2015.
